Andreas Ehstand (competitive sports, qualitative and quantitative evaluations and analyses)

Andy is the contact person for you if you want exclusive support, analyses and evaluations in competitive sports around Munich and Regensburg - these services are currently very rare in tennis. Currently he plays with Rot-Weiss Straubing. He was the youngest owner of a German tennis school licensed by the DTB/VDT for the year 2012 together with JessenTennis and the youngest holder of the lecturer certificate for university teaching in Bavaria at the time of certification in 2012. He worked as a researcher at the universities of Bayreuth and Dortmund, his coaching experience currently extends to the Bundesliga and ITF support. You can read the biggest successes directly on the main page.

You can train with him according to a training system developed by him that is strongly based on fun, student understanding, self-learning and self-improvement through the planning skills of the player.
He can help you to become much better in a short time by training in the (semi-)professional field and has specialised in performance tennis training for almost 15 years. The training is only possible in the bavarian holiday time.
You can also follow the development of the training activities around Hamburg, Munich, Dortmund, Bayreuth, Weiden and Tirschenreuth in the past years on our Facebook page.

On May 5, 2012, the "Certificate of University Education of the University of Bayreuth" and "Certificate of University Education of Bavaria" were presented for the eighth time by Professor Dr. Gabriela Paule (Representative for University Education) and Privatdozent Dr. Frank Meyer (Head of the Continuing Education Centre for University Education - FBZHL) on behalf of the university management to 21 young Bayreuth academics.

Sebastian Schmitz, Jana Andrea Härtling, Dr. Bastian Popp, Anna Maria Müller, Christian Schmidt, Andreas Buck, Andreas Ehstand (all "Zertifikat Hochschulehre Bayern") as well as Dr. Holger Koch, Dr. Christina Bogner, Sarah Hoffmann, Jan Krüger, Dr. Rohtraud Pirchner, Patrick Kuschel, Lydia Bodner, Friederike Hablizel, Theresa Weiß, Stefan Hohberger, Stephanie Thomas, Cornelius Schwarz, Christopher Kühn, Dr. Mariya Ransberger (all "University of Bayreuth Certificate").

Like all Bavarian universities, the University of Bayreuth offers its lecturers, i.e. professors and staff, the opportunity to acquire the "Certificate of Higher Education Bavaria" within the framework of the Advanced Training Centre for University Teaching (FBZHL). The award of these certificates enables the participants to prove their pedagogical aptitude by means of continuing education activities in the field of higher education didactics, such as doctoral, habilitation or appointment procedures. On the other hand, the teachers are systematically and practically prepared for a future career in teaching.

The University of Bayreuth offers two different variants of the certificate: After completing an advanced training programme of a total of 60 work units, the "Certificate of University Teaching at the University of Bayreuth" can be obtained. The seminars have to be chosen from five different focal areas (teaching-learning concepts/planning and implementation of a course; presentation and communication; oral and written examinations; consulting; evaluation). Building on this certificate, after attending further seminars with a further 60 work units, the "Certificate of Higher Education Teaching Bavaria" (i.e. a total of 120 AE) can be acquired within the framework of the Bavarian University Teaching Programme ProfiLehre. These events must also come from different focal areas. More information about the open seminar program and further offers such as teaching consultation, collegial Hospitation, specialized technical seminars as well as a high-schuldidaktische consulting hour are available under www.fbzhl.de
